HELP US BUILD A FUTURE AS BOLD AS OUR FAITH

Dear Friends,

From the very beginning, our community has dared to live boldly – to proclaim a faith that welcomes all, to stand for justice, and to love without limits – just as Jesus did. The truth, however, is that many churches in Austin and across the state who share these same values are struggling financially and even closing due to lack of funds. It’s a truth that makes Violet Crown’s continued growth as a community in a time such as this even more incredible… and even more important.

Therefore, to ensure that our inclusive voice, work, and witness shine even brighter as we step boldly into the future God is calling us to, we are launching our first-ever capital campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to create a new fund that will provide the means we need to maintain our physical building in ways that help us not only continue writing our inspiring story for years to come, but give us the ability to share this good news with even more people – a mission that cannot and will not be hindered by a lack of financial resources for an unexpected expense.

This new fund is about more than finances. It is about courage. Just as our faith has called us to act boldly, this campaign invites us to give boldly. Together, we can create the stability our church needs so that our love and justice can grow far beyond what we see today.

If you share this hope too, believing that our voice, our presence, and our future matters, we invite you to make a pledge to support this new fund. You can offer a one-time gift and/or pledge to give over the course of up to 18-months. We hope you will consider giving generously, even sacrificially, but also want you to trust that every gift, no matter the size, is a seed planted. Every amount, given in faith, makes it possible for the good news of God’s grace and unconditional love be shared with generations still to come.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about the campaign or want to learn more about our big plans in the coming years. This is our moment to build a future as bold as our faith!

With gratitude and hope,
